SHIPPING POLICY
All items ship worldwide except for the natural wooden products including; Besom Brooms, Crystal Wands, Feather Fans and our herbal products, including Sacred Smoke Wands. These items are available to Australian residents only due to the nature of the materials.
Australian Customs prohibits the shipping of such products.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: If an overseas customer does purchase one of these items that cannot be shipped, Witchin' Wares will issue the customer with a full refund.

Delivery Terms:
Tracking numbers for parcel post and express post are sent by Australia Post to your email, these can be used to track your order via the Australia Post website. Note, orders sent as a letter do not have tracking.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. Please be careful to make sure delivery addresses are correct as we cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or undeliverable.
Witchin' Wares doesn't take responsibility for lost packages, however we will follow up with Australia Post should this occur.
All items will be shipped via Australia Post or Australia Post Express.

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for your order to be packed and ready for shipment.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your location and local postage provider.
return and refund POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please think carefully before ordering.
We do not usually accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. However, please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible.
If an international customer has purchased goods that customs prohibits shipping, then a full refund will be issued in this case.
If your item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will arrange a partial/full refund (less shipping) depending on the nature/severity of the defective item/s.
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Damaged and defective items are determined at our discretion and we will require photo evidence to complete the refund or replacement process.
