These items are available to Australian Residents only due to the nature of the materials. Customs prevents the shipping of such products. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. RETURn and refund POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please think carefully before ordering.
We DO NOT accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible. If an international customer has purchased goods that customs prohibits shipping, then a full refund will be issued in this case.
If your item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will arrange a full refund (less shipping).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.
*Damaged and defective items are determined at our discretion and we will require photo evidence to complete the refund or replacement process.
